Matthew “Matt” Martinich, PsyD

Owner and President of Martinich Enterprises, LLC, Matthew Martinich, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist in the State of Colorado. He obtained his doctorate degree in psychology and his master’s degree in psychology from the University of the Rockies. He also has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and geography from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Dr. Martinich previously provided mental health treatment in rural eastern Colorado to families with child protection services involvement from 2010 until 2022. He has testified as an expert witness in several Colorado jurisdictions in regard to various types of diagnostic evaluations. Dr. Martinich has published numerous articles and books and given several professional presentations regarding his interest in religious studies. He also possesses advanced Korean language skills. Dr. Martinich enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with his family in his free time.

Margaret “Molly” Kim, PhD

Margaret “Molly” Kim, PhD, is a licensed psychologist. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Haverford College in Pennsylvania. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in School Psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park, and she completed an APA-Accredited internship through Loudoun County Public Schools, in Ashburn Virginia. Dr. Kim worked as a school psychologist in Maryland from 2019-2021, where she supported students in preschool through high school. Dr. Kim has worked in private practice in Colorado since 2021, and she has worked at Martinich Enterprises since August 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and goldendoodle.

Olga Panarina, PsyD

Olga Panarina, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist in the state of Colorado. She graduated in 2022 with a doctorate in psychology. She completed her internship and post-doctoral fellowship, focusing on neuropsychological, neurodevelopmental, and psychological evaluations with adults, adolescents, and children of all ages. Besides conducting evaluations, Dr. Panarina is a contract psychologist for various government agencies, including the Colorado Department of Corrections and other government agencies in the United States. Outside of work, Dr. Panarina enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, exercising, and playing with her four dogs.

Carrie Warner, PsyD

Carrie Warner, PsyD, obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Relations at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in Indiana, PA. She subsequently obtained her master’s degree in both Sport Psychology and Clinical Psychology from John F Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, CA. She obtained her doctorate degree at John F Kennedy University in 2020. Dr. Warner is a licensed psychologist. She has worked at Martinich Enterprises since August of 2022. She has previously worked at Brain and Body Integration from 2018-2022, completing both her internships and postdoctoral fellowship with the company. Dr. Warner also has experience working in community mental health, correctional mental health, and sport psychology. In her free time, Dr. Warner enjoys spending time with her fiancé and “fur babies.” She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, particularly football and hockey. She enjoys traveling, being active, and spending time outdoors.

Georgette Harper, PsyD

Georgette Harper, PsyD, earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Services and her Master of Education in Counseling from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She later received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver in 2022. She completed an APA-accredited internship through the University of Denver Consortium–Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan. She then pursued a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Rehabilitation Psychology at a rehabilitation hospital. Beyond her clinical work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and being with her family.

Pualani R. Jeffries, PsyD

Pualani R. Jeffries, PsyD, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Adams State College (now Adams State University) in 2011. She completed an undergraduate internship at San Luis Valley Mental Health Center in Alamosa, Colorado, in 2011. Dr. Jeffries also received her Master of Arts degree in Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of the Rockies in 2013. She completed supervised field experience at the Rockies Counseling Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, from 2012 to 2015. After completing her master’s degree, Dr. Jeffries worked in community outreach services through Lincoln and Elbert counties in Colorado through Martinich Enterprises from 2014 through mid-2022. Dr. Jeffries completed her Doctor of Psychology degree with a specialization in Clinical Psychology from Ashford University (formerly University of the Rockies) in 2019 and completed both her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral internship at Brain and Body Integration. Dr. Jeffries has worked at Martinich Enterprises, administering psychodiagnostics assessments and report writing full-time since 2022. She is licensed under the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in Colorado as a Colorado Psychologist Candidate. Dr. Jeffries is currently completing the remainder of her Colorado State requirements to be licensed as a Clinical Psychologist. As a personal hobby, Dr. Jeffries is a Polynesian dance instructor who teaches in Brighton, Colorado. She has also danced professionally in Polynesian dance since 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and pets, including reading her favorite book series, The Stormlight Archive, with her husband.

Erin Rankin, MA

Erin Rankin is a licensed professional counselor (LPC). She is originally from Colorado Springs. Erin obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2017 and her master’s degree in clinical and mental health counseling from the University of Northern Colorado in 2019. Erin has worked with Martinich Enterprises since 2020 and has assisted with diagnostic evaluations since 2021 under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.

Melissa Gossett, BA

Melissa Gossett brings over 17 years of experience in human services to her role as Office Manager at Martinich Enterprises. With a strong foundation in organizational leadership and client support, Melissa is known for her dedication to efficiency, compassion, and team collaboration.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University and earned her Paralegal Certificate from Adams State College. Her career prior to joining Martinich Enterprises included extensive work in child support services as well as adult and child protection services, where she served in both casework and supervisory capacities. Throughout her tenure in human services, Melissa worked closely with vulnerable individuals and families, providing comprehensive treatment planning, resource coordination, and ongoing support.

Outside of the office, Melissa is an avid golfer and enjoys hiking. She values quality time with her two sons, family, and friends, and brings the same enthusiasm and care to her personal life as she does to her professional work.
